Every image presented in the gallery has been published with the explicit, written consent of the patient depicted. No photograph may be reproduced, downloaded, or shared in any form without the prior, written authorisation of Maison Elara. Unauthorised use will be pursued under French intellectual-property law.

By submitting an inquiry through this site, you agree to be contacted, in confidence, by the concierge of Maison Elara — by telephone, email, or letter, at the addresses you have provided. No part of your inquiry will be used for any purpose beyond responding to you.

Surgical bookings, concierge arrangements, and accommodation at the Traveler's Suite are confirmed only by a written agreement signed at the time of reservation. The terms of deposit, postponement, and cancellation are detailed in that document and prevail over any indication given on this site.

Aesthetic surgery is a craft, not a guarantee. The surgeon undertakes an obligation of means — to apply skill, attention, and judgement — not an obligation of result. All risks, limitations, and possible revisions are explained in person, in writing, and acknowledged before any intervention.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in private correspondence will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris. Mediation, when possible, will always be preferred to litigation.
