& Discretion

In effect — January 2024 · Paris, France

"What is shared in the consulting room belongs to the consulting room. The rest of the world need never know."

01

The Principle of Discretion

Confidentiality is not a clause for us — it is the architecture of the practice. Every conversation, photograph, and consultation note is treated as a private correspondence between patient and surgeon, never a record to be circulated.

02

What We Hold

We retain only what is necessary to care for you well: your name, contact details, medical history, photographs taken during consultation or follow-up, and the written record of your surgical plan. Nothing is collected for analytics, marketing, or commercial purpose.

03

How It Is Stored

Medical data is held within an HDS-certified French healthcare environment, encrypted in transit and at rest. Photographic archives reside on isolated servers accessible only to the surgeon and the senior nursing team. No third party — insurer, partner, or platform — receives your file without written consent.

04

Photographs & Likeness

Before-and-after imagery is never published, shared, or reproduced without a separate, signed authorisation specifying the medium, the duration, and the manner of anonymisation. Consent may be revoked at any time, and the image withdrawn from all archives within ten working days.

05

Your Rights

Under the RGPD and the French Code de la Santé Publique, you may at any moment request access to your file, the correction of any inaccuracy, the limitation of its processing, or its complete erasure once legal retention periods have elapsed. Each request is honoured personally by the surgeon.

06

Correspondence

For any matter regarding your data — a question, a withdrawal of consent, a request for the file itself — please write directly. You will receive a response, signed by hand, within five working days.

— Direct Correspondence

For any question of privacy, write to the surgeon directly.
